Join us @ The Hive Farm & Community for the monthly Kundalini yoga workshop with sound healing.
Amrita Harjeet will guide an all levels Kundalini workshop.
Tea and Seasonal Ayurvedic lunch will be served after.
Traditional wood fired sauna is available after class for a small additional donation.
